Matt Dictus - Sr. Controls Engineer

“Always be prepared” isn’t just a catchphrase for Matt, it’s a mindset that has shaped both his career and his life. From his earliest days working as a paperboy, busboy, landscaper, butcher, and security guard, Matt developed a strong work ethic that he now brings to electrical design and programming at Zeta. Matt earned his degree at MSOE and joins Zeta with many years of experience as a Controls Engineer.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys hiking, backpacking, canoeing and kayaking. He also has a deep passion for rugby, both as a player and coach, and has been coaching his sons since they were 5 years old.
