CYCLOPS - OVER UNDER CONVEYORS
An over-under conveyor is a continuously running, asynchronous pallet conveyor designed for custom fixtures.
It enables the precise pick-and-place of products on individual pallets without the need to shut down motors or rely on other clutches, which are commonly required on other systems.
The design of this conveyor replaces the need for expensive servo motors.

Standard Conveyor
The standard version of the over under conveyor is a robust conveyer made from a rugged steel construction.
Light Duty Conveyor
The light duty over under conveyor is a compact conveyor made of extruded aluminum. The footprint of the conveyor does not exceed 20' long and 2' wide.
OVER UNDER CONVEYOR FEATURES
CONTINUOUSLY RUNNING
The motor on an over-under conveyor does not index. This allows for a longer lifespan for the motor/gearbox.
This decreases the cycle time from station to station.
ASYNCHRONOUS INDEXING
The pallets, constructed with steel or aluminum slats, are not fixed to the chain, enabling independent movement between them.
The independent movement of the pallets reduces the cycle time for transporting them between stations.
